The world of Dynamics on silk opens up more and more with the ability to move from single pole to split poles. Start learning flips, dives, beats, and drops with 2 poles. From wrist locks and cross back wraps to infinity circles. We will start with ways to work up to more dynamic style tricks, and walk with tools to continue to build on.
Must wear a long sleeve shirt
Prerequisites:
- Introduction to single pole front back beats (no need to be an expert just an introduction)
- Some experience with skin the cats
- Ability to invert from straight arms FROM a beat
- Comfort in wrist locks
Laura Gwendolyn Burch has been working on aerial silks for almost 15 years. She has created more acts than she can count and performed all over the US. Her love for aerial silk only grows stronger with the inspiration and innovation she continues to see in the world of tissue. She wants to help bring that curiosity and creativity to others with her coaching and performances.
